We thank Shannon Ruska of Tribal Experiences for giving us a warm Welcome to Country and insightful Cultural Talk to commence the day. Followed by real industry leader and author, Peter Brewer sharing his experience and enthusiasm for approaching change with confidence and curiosity.
Led by our CEO, Paul and Deputy CEO Nerissa the team engaged in thoughtful group sessions throughout the day. Deep-diving into our practice framework, reflecting on the InCommunity Connect team’s recent study tours, and participating in a World Café centred around Visioning for the Future.
