Find out the service delivery impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today’s issue of Local Ipswich News highlights the serious impact of financial stress within our community, including the impact it has on households’ weekly food budgets.

Prompted by the Financial Hardship Report 2025 (National) issued by The Salvation Army Australia, our CEO Paul, lends a local perspective to the issue. Paul shares, “In the last couple of years, our specialist housing and homelessness service has seen a definite increase in financial hardship.”

inCommunity Connect is proud to partner with Dignity to deliver our weekly Dignity Food Relief program in response to this serious issue.

Ipswich community members are encouraged to follow us on our Facebook page here, where we provide weekly updates on how to book an appointment with one of our friendly team members to access this program, which distributes delicious frozen meals.
